What I know so far is mostly how to edit Otaku’s gait speed, and nothing much about “rainbow” cards.

Most of what I did involves trial and error (like replaying the same class over and over), keeping a save file for every class day, and using AA2Mem.ġ.

I did not really use a hex editor or anything of that sort for AI-related stuff. If you show me the right path, I’ll do the rest. Hex editors and debuggers are seemed to be involved, but I’m curious if there’s anything more… What I really wanna ask you is about the methods you use to find the data uncharted. I read your note and I understand you’re not doing any modding right now. Sadly enough, I couldn’t find any clue about above issues and ended up asking here in your blog where my modding life began 🙂 the favorability boost that takes place only in the beginning of the game where relationship between characters hasn’t formed yet (This is something that annoys the most, I really want my hands on this.) favorability rating multiplications related with traits(such as charming, easygoing, affable, chivalrous, rainbow etc)ģ. the running speed modification related with Rainbow cards and Otaku personalityĢ. I could establish my custom set of AI and satisfied with it for about 95%, but I’m trying to go a little further. With the help from your post and the link above, I’d been able to edit many things related to AI. Well, I eventually found this link in Hongfire,īut I should give you most credit for helping me out in the beginning. This blog was the first place for me to find anything about AA2 AI modding and pretty much the ONLY place I could find through googling. Aside from traits, possible aspects to be covered are virtue and mood. I’ve covered 6 traits, and there are 32 more. 2 multiplier on “do you love “insult”, “confess feelings”, “slap/punch”, “surprise kiss”, “declare cheating”, likes you”.(… because I just like giving my characters “tsundere” for no reason.) 5-1. Apparently, I overlooked the differences from 05_02… and it also gave light on what a lot of my characters have been doing all these time. It has long been debated what the “tsundere” trait does. 2 multiplier on “head pat”, “request for kiss”, “everyone, let’s have sex”.5 multiplier on “ask for a date”, “confess feelings”, “show underwear”.05_00: 2 multiplier on doing “get along” interaction group. Its possible line in 05_03 could be interesting. That said, it’s said to be an “overpowered” trait. 2 multiplier on running away (only for “bad with guys”).Īpparently even if it’s a male with “bad with guys”, he’ll run away upon a sight of a girl in the boy’s locker room.Ĭharming is one of those traits which significance is more about how it affect others’ interactions towards the charming character, as opposed to what the charming character does.06_03: Seeing someone of opposite gender in a gender-restricted room. The only rational explanation for this is that there’s another line which has a more specific condition say, “bad with guys + one of the persons involved is a guy”. However, it seems that the specific lines for bad with guys/girls show nothing about conversation interruption rate. Another observation I have with this trait is that it prevents the character from interrupting someone’s conversation (I forgot how this trait dealt with sex/fights) when he’s “bad” with one of the genders involved. I’d expect to have lines for these in 05_03 which explains the essence of these traits making someone well, bad with guys/girls. 05_00: 2 multiplier on doing “everyday” interaction group.I can’t even remember anything about this trait. 05_02: “Easygoing” character has 2 multiplier on “stalking”.My experience with the easygoing character involves having her fall too fast for my PC.

I have an exploitable PC who only gets insulted by his abuser if and only if he has “masochist” trait.

  • 05_03: Character with X trait has # multiplier on….
  • With the proper identification of 05_03 rows, we can have examples like… This will tell us how other characters interact with someone with a particular trait. One of the essential things that’s missing here is the proper identification of 05_03 rows. When discussing about 05_00, this might come in handy.
